DIGGER HIRE: Terms & Conditions

All machines are the RESPONSIBILITY of the hirer whilst on hire including Damage & Theft. We advise that appropriate Insurance Cover should be arranged for the duration of the Hire

It is strongly recommended that operators are properly trained in the operation of the Plant that they will be hiring & should wear the necessary protective clothing.

We offer a local Delivery & Collection service within a close radius. All other Plant would need to be collected from our Depot.

All Plant is hired with a full tank of Fuel – as long as the Plant is returned with a full tank there is no charge, otherwise we charge per litre to replenish the tank.

You will be able to hire any Plant upon production of two forms of identification (One must be your current driving licence, and the other must be a recent utility bill showing the same address as that on your licence) as well as the ability to meet the basic driving regulations.

We require a £300 Deposit and the Hire payable in advance by credit/debit card to reserve any Plant Kit. We reserve the right to charge your credit/debit card for the excess amount if damages were to exceed the deposit taken or the Plant Kit was stolen. The deposit will be returned to you less any damages if applicable on the safe return of the Plant Kit.
